All our customers will be asked carefully to read and sign a copy of our Terms & Conditions upon delivery.
Ash's Bouncy Castle company only excepts payment made in GB pounds sterling Only.
Ash's Bouncy Castle's will not be liable for any injuries or damages.
As the Hirer you must have inspected the equipment that has been supplied and must agree that the inflatable is in good condition. Also should be checked after hire time.
At least two adults must assist children onto the inflatable's for safety purposes
Adults are forbidden to bounce on our children's inflatable's failure of incorrect use the hirer will be liable for repair costs.
Make sure all electrical connections including extension leads, plugs, sockets & blower are all water protected.
Equipment returned in a dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge. No children who have been face painted can use the castle due to the make-up staining the unit
Once the inflatable has been located please do not remove from the area it has been positions for health and safety reason also this could damage the inflatable.
You must agree not to use our equipment for any purpose other than that describe in our hiring agreement.
No party poppers, streamers or silly string should be sprayed or thrown on the equipment. As this will stain the material and you as the Hirer will be liable to compensate in the event of damage.
There will be mats provided for all users of the inflatable to put shoes or any accessories that could damage the equipment.
Please do not misuse the equipment eg swing, climbing or sitting on the walls of the inflatables. Also do not over crowd the inflatable as individual inflatables have a maximum weight limit.
no smoking, drink or eating on the inflatables we do also recommend keeping the castles away from any fire hazards eg BBQ'S.
Please make sure you guests are aware of the down points. And make the Blower and any electrical connections out of bounds from Children.
Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect the Bouncy Castle and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to any one other than our delivery driver(s).
